Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli. Make sauce with cheese, butter, salt, milk and pepper.
    Layer broccoli, sauce and crackers in baking dish.
    Put layer of crackers on top and dot with about 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
