Summer Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. or 1 small can tuna, flaked
Preparation
    Blend oil with flour and seasonings over low heat.
    Stir in milk.
    Continue stirring until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add to beaten egg yolks; mix well.
    Add fish and cool.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
