Clams Casino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans minced clams (reserve liquid from 1 can)
    2 small onions, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    pimento, chopped (for color)
    6 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    French's imitation bacon to taste (about 2 to 3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Saute onions and green pepper in 3 tablespoons margarine.
    Put all other ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Add onions, peppers and clam liquid.
    Refrigerate for awhile.
    Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with crackers.
