Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) bottle favorite Italian salad dressing
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, drained
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels; trim ends from stems. Combine salad dressing, pimiento and parsley in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.
    Add mushrooms, tossing gently to coat with salad dressing.
    Chill 20 minutes.
    Yields 16 appetizer servings.
