Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
6 to 8 peaches, halved
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Place peaches, whole side up, in shell.
Mix cornstarch and sugar and pour in and around peaches.
Pour heavy cream over all. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until peaches are cooked.
