Swedish Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine cream, sugar and gelatin; beat until sugar and gelatin are dissolved over medium heat.
Remove from heat and cool until slightly thick.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Chill.
Serve over sweetened fruit such as raspberries or strawberries.
