Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
4 c. rhubarb (dry)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and melted butter. Mix and pat half of mixture in 9 x 9 baking pan. Spread diced rhubarb over crust.
