Sweet-N-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 tsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    1 green pepper
    8 oz. can pineapple
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 small onion
    rice
Preparation
    Brown pork in 1 teaspoon oil and season with salt and pepper. Take pineapple juice and add water to make 1 cup.
    Add 1 tablespoon tapioca and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
    Add to meat and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Add 1 green pepper, cut in strips, and 1 onion, sliced.
    Add cubed pineapple and heat for 10 minutes. Serve over hot white rice.
