Anytime Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    4 c. chopped celery
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    6 c. chopped cabbage
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 to 2 pt. snap beans
    1 pt. cubed carrots
    1 bay leaf
    1 can bean sprouts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 items in a large pot with 2 quarts water. Cook until celery is tender.
    (If fresh carrots are used, add at the same time.)
    Add tomato juice and bring to a boil. Add cabbage and cook until done. Add tomatoes, beans, carrots and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add sprouts.
