Mary'S Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    2 onions (medium)
    1 to 3 stalks celery
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    2 cans chicken broth
    sage, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix herb and cornbread stuffing.
    Chop onions and celery; add 1 stick butter and cover with water.
    Cook until soft.
    When cooked, pour over stuffing mix.
    Add eggs (beaten) and stir until mixed well.
    Add chicken broth to mixture (using 1 can at first so as not to get it too moist).
    Then add sage, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix completely.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until \"dry\" and golden brown.
