Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion or 3 green onions, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1/4 lb. cream cheese or cottage cheese
    7 3/4 oz. can salmon, drained
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Process onion until minced in food processor for 5 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend with quick on/off turns.
    Then let run until smooth.
    Scrape down bowl as necessary.
    Chill and serve with crackers, fresh rolls or bagels or raw vegetables.
