Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, shortening and salt.
    Mix in 2 cups flour and mix for 1 minute at medium speed with hand mixer and then 2 minutes at high speed.
    Add the other cup of flour and mix well.
    Let mixture rise in a bowl about 30 minutes or until doubled. Beat dough down and place it in a greased loaf pan.
    Allow it to rise about 40 minutes and then bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
