Baked Bread Parcels With Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. low-fat pork sausage
    8 slices bread, crusts removed
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 oz. butter, softened
    1 T. whole-grain mustard
Preparation
    Spread half the butter over one side of each slice of bread. Mix the onion and mustard with the remaining butter and spread on the other side. Prick sausages with a fork. Wrap each sausage in a slice of bread with mustard inside. Place on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes. When bread is golden brown and sausage is cooked, remove from oven to cool.
