Refrigerator Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lemons
    6 c. boiling water
    5 small tea bags
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Squeeze juice from lemons, reserving rinds.
    Pour 5 cups boiling water over tea bags.
    Let steep for 5 minutes.
    Remove tea bags.
    Add lemon rind and let stand, covered, until cold.
    Make syrup of sugar and 1 cup water, boiling until sugar dissolves. When tea is cold, squeeze out lemon rinds and discard.
    Add lemon juice and simple syrup.
    Makes 2 quarts.
    Tastes better after it has been stored in refrigerator and it will not cloud.
