Seafood Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. curly pasta noodles (carrot, spinach, egg noodles preferred)
    1 medium-size red pepper
    1 medium-size green pepper
    1 medium onion
    Weight Watchers mayonnaise
    1 large pkg. seafood sticks
Preparation
    Boil pasta noodles until tender.
    Then drain and wash in a colander with cool water.
    The colored noodles add color and improved taste to the salad.
    Next dice red and green peppers and onion into small pieces.
    Also slice seafood sticks into small pieces.
    Mix peppers, onion and seafood sticks.
    Next take cooled pasta noodles and start adding mayonnaise.
    Gradually stir in other mixture of peppers, etc. and continue to add mayonnaise until salad is evenly mixed and of right consistency.
    Makes approximately 8 large servings.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
