Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) flat beer
4 medium onions
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat in beer.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in gently to batter.
Slice onions.
Put in batter. Deep fry until brown (can store unused batter in fridge for couple days).
