Barbecued Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Cut ribs into serving pieces; brown ribs and onion in 2 tablespoons hot fat in skillet.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to ribs.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours or until tender.
