Beefed-Up Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 count) can biscuits
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and bell peppers in large skillet, drain well.
    Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic powder. Simmer while preparing dough. Separate 5 biscuits making 10; press into 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese, sour cram and egg in bowl; mix well. Remove meat from heat; stir in cheese mixture.
    Pour over dough.
    Separate other 5 biscuits making 10; cover meat mixture.
    Sprinkle rest of cheese over top of biscuits. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
