Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, shredded
1 large onion, grated
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Drop spoonfuls into small amount of hot oil in skillet.
Fry until brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towel a minute.
