Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white; add water until frothy.
    Add pecans and mix until all nuts are covered with egg white.
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Add nuts and cook.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Very good.
