Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean hot is good!)
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add bread crumbs, milk, salt and mustard. Add browned drained sausage; top with cheese.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until center is set.
    Let set for a few minutes before cutting. Casserole is better if you mix the night before and refrigerate before cooking.
