Low-Fat Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

pastry for a 9-inch pie crust
6 oz. browned turkey sausage
4 oz. fat-free Egg Beaters
1 egg
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Combine egg, Egg Beaters, milk and salt.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese pastry in lined pie pan.
Pour milk and egg mixture into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
