Skillet Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
    salt and pepper
    1 can Campbell's onion soup
    1 soup can water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add soup, water, celery and thyme.
    Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover; cook 20 minutes longer or until chops and rice are tender.
