Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Heat water, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and sauerkraut to dissolve the sugar.
    Combine celery, green pepper, onion and pimento.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cover and marinate overnight.
