Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. peas
    diced onion
    1 Tbsp. rice
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked
    1 lb. can drained tomatoes
Preparation
    Arrange ingredients in layers in a greased casserole.
    Water to keep moist, about 1 cup.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
