Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 large bananas
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts best)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after each.
Add mashed bananas, flour and soda.
Mix in flavoring and nuts.
Bake in loaf pan, in slow oven, (300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0) for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool before serving.
