Pork Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 large sweet or white potato, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
    1 c. frozen thawed corn or 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    pastry for 1 (9-inch) single crust pie
Preparation
    In a large
    skillet
    cook
    pork
    and onions; drain well. Stir in
    spinach,
    potatoes,
    corn, mushrooms, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper
    until
    mixed
    well.
    Add cheese and one beaten egg; spoon mixture into
    a
    10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Roll out pastry to 1 1/2-inch larger than baking dish.
    Place pastry over filling and seal to edge of dish.
    Flute.
    Brush remaining egg over crust.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
