Pickled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 fish
    3 Tbsp salt
    2 Tbsp pickling spices
    vinegar enough to cover
Preparation
    Cut fish into small pieces. Cover with cold water and add three Tbsp of salt. Let soak for
    two hours. Drain fish well and place side by side in a pan. Add spices and vinegar enough
    to cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
