Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    4 carrots
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Put steak in freezer until partially frozen.
    Slice diagonally into 1/8-inch slices.
    In bowl combine steak and 4 tablespoons cornstarch; mix well.
    Add 4 tablespoons soy sauce, put in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer.
    Peel carrots and slice diagonally in 1/4-inch slices.
    Cook carrots about 5 minutes.
    Chop onion and green pepper in bite size pieces.
    Set aside.
