Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. green peppers
    1 small can green chilies
    3 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. chili powder
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
    3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
Preparation
    In a large pot (approximately 10-quart), cook meat, onion and green peppers; drain.
    Add garlic, green chilies, chili powder, vinegar, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and juice from kidney beans.
    Heat until boiling; reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add kidney beans and simmer an additional 30 minutes.
