Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cream of tartar, salt and baking powder 4 times.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to egg whites and beat until standing up, but not stiff.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Pour in ungreased pan.
Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
