Creamy Louis Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
3 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
1/2 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Stir together 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish, 3 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper and 1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper seasoning.
Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream until stiff; gently fold into mayonnaise mixture until thoroughly blended. Cover and chill.
Makes about 2 cups dressing.
