Toasted Turkey Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 round buns
    3 c. cooked, diced turkey
    1 c. celery
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    melted butter
    4 slices boiled ham
    4 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Split buns, use tops for turkey buns and save bottoms for bread crumbs.
    Combine turkey, celery, seasonings and mayonnaise. Top buns with butter, 1/2 ham slice, a scoop of turkey salad and top with grated cheese.
    Place under broiler until cheese melts.
