Creole Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices red snapper or other fish
1 slice yam
1 small onion
1 tomato, sliced
2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vinegar
salt, pepper and thyme to taste
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Season fish with salt, pepper, vinegar and thyme.
Fry in margarine; take out when half done.
Fry onion and yam in same margarine until brown; add water and tomato slices.
Let cook for 10 minutes; add fish and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
Serve hot. Serves 4.
