Mock Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans drained tuna or 1 lb. crab meat
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oleo.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.
    Cook 30 minutes on low heat.
    Season with salt, red pepper and garlic powder.
    Add tuna or crab meat and juice of 1/2 lemon.
    Cook 15 minutes more.
    Serve in chafing dish with Ritz crackers.
