Oriental Grilled Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5/8 c. soy sauce
3/8 c. dry sherry
juice from 2 lemons
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 (4 lb., 2 inch thick) chuck roast
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Put the roast in a shallow pan and pour the soy sauce mix over it; let stand overnight.
Grill the roast until done using the marinade as a baste.
Slice and serve.
