Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture.
Heat milk and butter together until scalded; add to batter.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
(Batter is very liquidy.)
