Peachy Keen Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    3 c. water
    2 1/2 c. peach schnapps
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    In saucepan, boil sugar and 2 cups water for 3 minutes, cool. In nonmetal container combine sugar mixture, concentrates, 3 cups water, schnapps and lemon juice.
    Cover and freeze.
    Spoon 1/2 cup slush into glass, stir in 1/2 cup ginger ale.
