Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 oz. can evaporated skim milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn with sweet pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine broth, onions and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    In a small bowl, stir together milk and flour.
    Stir into broth mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in corn. Heat through.
    If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
