Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken breasts
    Better Cheddar crackers, crumbled
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 to 2 jars whole mushrooms
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    margarine
Preparation
    Cut chicken in strips or nuggets.
    Let chicken sit in egg batter for 1 hour.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Brown in margarine; place in casserole dish.
    Add mushrooms, lemon juice and broth. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
