Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. chopped canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 beef bouillon cube (optional)
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion and pepper in oil until vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Serves 6 to 8.
