Potato Salad(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 potatoes
    6 to 7 eggs
    1 small onion
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 c. milk or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Boil eggs.
    Boil potatoes with skin on until tender; drain. Let cool and peel while still warm.
    Add vinegar, salt and pepper while potatoes are still warm.
    Marinate for 15 minutes.
    Peel and chop all but one egg.
    Mix eggs with chopped potatoes.
    Add more salt and pepper to taste.
