Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light in color.
    Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Stir in zucchini.
    Add remaining dry ingredients including nuts. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or 4 to 5 cans at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Freezes well.
