Tuna Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans tuna fish
1 c. celery, diced fine
1/2 c. onion, diced fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
2 envelopes gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sugar
Preparation

Heat soup almost to boiling point.
Add gelatin and stir. Soften cheese and have mayonnaise at room temperature (whip smooth) and add soup.
Add remaining ingredients and seasonings.
