Lime Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello (3 oz. size)
    1 medium can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 carton small cottage cheese
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat pineapple.
    Place dry jello in warm pineapple with 1 envelope of gelatin (wet).
    Cool.
    Mix cottage cheese, almonds and whipped cream.
    Chill.
    Serve with mayonnaise and cherry on top.
