Laurie'S Famous Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    2 pkg. vanilla pudding
    2 pt. whipping cream
    semi-sweet chocolate bits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Put in a saucepan boiling water and butter.
    Heat until butter melts.
    Add all at once the flour.
    Stir until dough forms a ball in center of the pan.
    Remove from the heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time (important!!).
    Beat until well blended after each egg added.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
    Bake about 20 minutes or until brown, nut mushy.
    After cooled, cut open and spoon out excess dough.
    Mix whipping cream and pudding with electric mixer until stiff.
    Spoon into cream puffs.
    Top with melted chocolate bits.
