Chicken 'N Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cut celery
    1/2 small onion
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    prepared Minute rice, enough for 4
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation
    Boil in a small amount of water, chopped celery and onion (until tender but not soft).
    Drain well.
    Prepare rice.
    Mix together all ingredients and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through.
