Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
Preparation
    Chop up cabbage; cook in boiling salt water for just 7 minutes.
    Cover with this sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
