Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    2 cans chicken broth, soup size
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a skillet.
    Add bell pepper and onions. Cook until tender.
    Add
    rice and broth.
    Stir all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
