Fried Squash Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 yellow squash, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Rice Krispies
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    cornmeal
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Boil squash with onion and salt to taste until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add next 3 ingredients and blend.
    Refrigerate a few hours.
    Shape mixture into balls.
    Roll in cornmeal and fry in hot oil until brown.
    Bell peppers, hot peppers and mushrooms are 3 fresh vegetables that can be frozen.
    Place in plastic bag and store in freezer.
